Holiday Block Party

Residents of Westchester Ridge are invited to the annual holiday block party on the first Thursday of December from 7:00 to 8:00 pm.
The location of the Holiday Block Party is Salvatori's restaurant, 10337 Illinois Road, Fort Wayne, 46804. RSVP's are REQUIRED to ensure we reserve a large enough space to accommodate the group. Send the number of people in your party to [email protected]. If there are any minors, please provide that information. Of note: participants of the event are responsible for their own expenses for meals and beverages.
A light refreshment, such as a dessert or snack will be provided by the HOA for all attendees of this event. Please provide any dietary, religious or mobility restrictions well in advance of attending the event so specific needs can be accommodated.

Ice Cream Social

RAIN DATE: One week from original date
Westchester Ridge residents and their household members are invited to an ice cream social Thursday, June 5, 2025. Ice cream and bottled water will be provided. You are also welcome to bring your own beverage. The event will be held in the common area "triangle" behind the school and accessible from Red Pine Court and Silver Linden Court. Please refer to the map.

Autumn Block Party

LOCATION: Common Area "Triangle"
NATIONAL NIGHT OUT: 7:00 to 8:00 pm
The Summer Block Party event is expected to be hosted outdoors at the common area "Triangle" near the elementary school and accessed from Silver Linden or Red Pine Court sidewalks. Join us for an evening to get better acquainted with your Westchester Ridge neighbors. Bottled water, popsicles and light, individually wrapped snacks will be provided or you may bring your own snacks/beverages. Please contact us within 3 days before the event's start date if you or a member of your household have a special dietary restriction and would like an alternative option.
Garage Sales
Westchester Ridge's community garage sales are scheduled from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm on a Thursday, Friday, Saturday. It is a wonderful opportunity to buy, sell and meet your neighbors!

Annual Membership Meeting
Wednesday November 6, 2024 from 6:45 to 7:55 pm
The location is St Michael Lutheran Church, 2131 Getz Road, Fort Wayne IN 46804. Doors open at 6:30 pm and a drawing for three door prize gift cards will be awarded for in-person attendees (max of one per household, must be present to win).
