OPT IN or OPT OUT of Westchester Ridge HOA Email Notifications
If you are a current homeowner in Westchester Ridge Community Association, Inc. in Fort Wayne, Indiana you may elect to opt-in or opt-out of email notifications in lieu of printed notifications regarding the ANNUAL MEETING.
Fields marked with a red * are REQUIRED.
Incomplete forms will not be accepted. All answers must be provided, including YES or NO answers.
Forms received with invalid facts, such as ownership or incomplete addresses will not be accepted. Ownership will be verified by the name/s on the Allen County Indiana property records.
Completed forms may be electronically submitted OR printed and hand delivered or mailed to a Board of Director of the Westchester Ridge Community Association, Inc. Printed forms must be legible.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
You may opt-in or opt-out at any time. If you opt-in and at some point no longer own the property, you must agree to promptly complete the online opt-out notification for the Westchester Ridge HOA.
NOTE: "Written notice of the annual assessment shall be sent to every Owner subject thereto." per Article IV, Section 13 of the Restrictive Covenants. Dues notices will be mailed via USPS or hand delivered. It is not an option to opt-in for email notices in lieu of printed notices of the annual homeowner's dues other than to follow up.
