DOOR PRIZES
A drawing of Door Prize Gift Card/s MAY BE awarded at the Annual Meeting. Must be present to win. Only one per household. A total of ONE to THREE gift cards will be awarded.
REFRESHMENTS
We will have refreshments such as sweets and bottled water. If you have a dietary restriction and plan to attend, please notify the HOA three days prior to the event so we can try to accommodate your needs.
DATE/TIME
Residents of Westchester Ridge are invited to the annual neighborhood meeting. Meeting start and end times are sharp, the venue has an exact vacate time. Households are encouraged to RSVP via email to westchesterridge@gmail.com, but it is not required. When you RSVP, we can plan accordingly for seating, printed materials and so forth.
AGENDA
The agenda includes the annual reports, proposed 2027 budget and other business related to
the Westchester Ridge community. Please contact the HOA for specific information.
VOTING
Residents of rental units are welcome to attend, but only Lot owners or their proxy may vote per Section IV of the Restrictive Covenants. Lot owners must be in good standing at the time of the annual meeting to cast a vote.
Only properly completed proxies will be accepted at or prior to the meeting in accordance with the Bylaws. If you cannot personally attend, you can vote by proxy.
ELECTION TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Are you interested in serving on the Board of Directors? An election will be held at the next annual meeting for the seats that are up for election per the Bylaws.
Members who meet the qualifications of the Bylaws Article IV, Section 1 and who intend to run for a Director position are required to send written notice to the Board of Directors via email to the corporation’s general email account or by hand delivery or other written means to the Board not less than forty-five (45) days prior to the election along with supporting information including their address and contact information, qualifications, experience and other relevant information.
Notice of intent allows the Board to properly vet and announce the candidates prior to the annual meeting.
Qualified Members who provide adequate notice of intent as well as supporting information will be included in the notice of the annual meeting distributed to Members with the election and proxies to be placed before the Members as a candidate for Director. Nominations will not be accepted in person nor as ballot write-ins at the annual meeting.
