Annual Membership Meeting

Next Meeting: Wednesday, November 6, 2024

Westchester Ridge's annual neighborhood membership meeting will be held on November 6, 2024 from 6:45 to 7:55 pm, sharp! The location is St Michael Lutheran Church, 2131 Getz Road, Fort Wayne IN 46804. Doors open at 6:30 pm and a drawing for three door prize gift cards will be awarded for in-person attendees (max of one per household, must be present to win) [MORE ]

Adopt A Christmas Bureau Family -- Discontinued for 2024 and Beyond

Due to ongoing challenges with finding volunteers and for other reasons, the Westchester Ridge Community Association, Inc. is no longer involved with adopting a local family through the Allen County Christmas Bureau. Residents are welcome to privately collect clothing, food pantry, personal hygiene and toiletry items, as well as toys and monetary donations on their own and donate to the organization. The neighborhood HOA will not be accepting money nor collecting any donations in any capacity for 2024 or beyond.

Welcome to Westchester Ridge in Southwest Fort Wayne, Indiana

Welcome! Westchester Ridge is a neighborhood of 97 residential homes located in Southwest Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Westchester Ridge is conveniently located near retail shops, grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, churches, banks, health care, fuel centers, fitness facilities, schools and much more. Jefferson Pointe open air shopping center is only a ten minute drive on Illinois Road. Access to I-69 interstate is just five minutes away.

The neighborhood is bordered by Deer Ridge Elementary School, Sonrise Church, a small retail center and neighboring communities Shores of Rock Creek and Deerfield Estates. The popular Fort Wayne Trails are located along Westchester Ridge's frontage on South Scott Road.

Founded on October 8, 1993 by Colonial Development Corporation under President Roger L. Delagrange, the final of three sections was filed on September 30, 1996.
